Architectural Design

The building has a unique architectural design with contemporary architectural elements characterizing the façade of the building. Internally the building’s form offers spacious living spaces with large sliding doors leading to large terraces for all the residences.

Frame
The frame of the building is of high tensile steel reinforced concrete structure with earthquake-proof design. The building is being constructed in accordance with an anti-seismic structural study.

Walls
All external walls are built of top quality clay bricks of dimensions 25cms. Internal walls are single with a total thickness of 10cms.

Wall finishes
Internal walls are of three layers of plastering and paint and external walls are of three layers of plaster and painted with Santex paint.

Floor/ Wall finishes
• All Living areas and Bedrooms are covered with high quality solid timber floor of price €110.00/m2.
• Bathrooms & Kitchen are covered with high quality ceramic tiles of price €45.00/m2.
• All verandas are covered with tiles suitable for exterior use of price €45.00/m2.
• Internal common areas and staircase are covered with high quality materials.

Ceilings
All ceilings are finished with emulsion paint.

Window & Door openings
• All window and door openings are sliding aluminium framed with double-glazing. The bedroom openings are fitted with external sun louvres.
• The main entrance of the building is sliding automated of clear tempered glass.

Balconies
The balconies are fitted with laminate glass balustrades. Timber gladding is fitted at the exterior of the building.

Carpentry works
• Kitchen fittings are Italian made, imported. The worktops are covered with custom made Corian worktops. All equipment is of excellent quality.

• The electrical installation is made in accordance to the regulations of the Electricity Authority of Cyprus. It includes adequate number of lighting points and power points in all rooms, as well as Tv & internet points.
