AZD is a private limited liability company registered in the Republic of Cyprus, with registration no. HE 23140 and its related and affiliated entities (i.e. Antonis Zenios Developments 120 Ltd and Twizzle Enterprises Ltd & Rousialis Estates Ltd), are the controllers of the information collected or provided directly. When we mention “we”, “us” or “AZD” in this privacy policy, we are referring to the relevant company (as listed above) responsible for processing your data.

  • Credit history, credit score and information received from various anti-fraud and sanctions databases relating to you

Where do we collect your personal information from?

We may obtain your personal information:

  • By publicly accessible registers or sources of information

Which method of obtaining data applies to you depends on the reason why we are collecting your personal information.

With whom do we share the information we collect?

We will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others unless you have given us your permission. Also, we may provide aggregate statistics on our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.

  • Trusted third parties: we may share your personal information with certain trusted third parties which provide services to AZD, such as our professional advisers, legal advisors and auditors, suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors, real estate valuators, architects and processors to whom we outsource certain support services, IT service providers, software providers, communication suppliers.   • Third party postal or courier providers: who assist us in delivering our postal marketing campaigns to you or delivering documents related to a matter;

  • Screening service providers, financial institutions and regulatory bodies: so that we can comply with legal obligations in relation to the prevention or protection of crime, fraud, anti-money laundering, sanctions screening and other required checks;
  • Registrars of public records: when we have a legal obligation to proceed with any registration in public records, or if the services you instruct us to perform require it for the purposes of successfully completing our services.

Please note this is a non-exhaustive list and there may also be other examples where we need to share with third parties in order to provide our services as efficiently as we can.

We are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of Web sites to which AZD may link.

We may employ external companies to act on our behalf as data processors for internal business purposes. Data processors will abide by the Privacy Policy detailed here and will not disclose personal details to any other organizations or use data other than for purposes required by us.

For how long and where do we keep your personal information?

We keep personal information for as long as necessary to ensure we can deliver our services. We do not retain personal information in an identifiable format for longer than is necessary.

Personal data may be kept on our personal IT systems, those of our contractors, legal advisors, or in paper files

We must make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. Please inform us of any changes regarding your information by emailing us using the details given at the end of this policy. We will not be held accountable for any losses arising from any inaccurate, inauthentic, deficient or incomplete personal information that you provide to us.
